Sizing:
For the best fit, we recommend adding at least ¾ inch to your ankle measurement for comfort.
How to wear:
To open, gently pull apart at the seam, rotating the tubes in opposite directions. To close, rotate back to align with the seam and insert the smaller tube into the opening.
